I have heard/read good stuff about Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I like the fact that it had 3 level build-up. But what does one do after the 3rd level? Continue exercising at that level?
I wonder how good it is a helping with weight loss?

They key is to mix it up. I do interval training. Speed it up, slow it down. Speed it up. Slow it down. Whether it's cardio, weights, walking...whatever. So maybe toggle between her level one and level three on a rotating schedule. Just to keep the body guessing. Throw in a spinning class now and then and you'll see a difference :)
ReplyDeleteYes, that sounds like a good idea. I get bored doing the same routine too, like I am bored with Barry's bootcamp right now even though I have not achieved the required upper body strength to do all the exercises he shows on the DVDs.
